With good recent rains, and cool autumn days, there's plenty of wild mushrooms to be foraged at the moment.
Departing from Hartley, just East of Lithgow, we explore the Oberon Plateau and Kanangra Boyd National Park.
Forage for Saffron Milk Cap mushrooms in the Jenolan Forest and enjoy a BBQ lunch at a family owned cattle farm.
